Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Faculty to deliver practical and industry-oriented HR training to students and specialists.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging classroom and practical HR training sessions.
Teach core HR concepts including recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
Provide practical training on HR processes, documentation, and workplace practices.
Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
Guide students through practical activities, case studies, and projects.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with current HR trends, tools,



and industry practices.
Support students with career guidance and interview preparation.
Maintain attendance, assessment records, and student progress reports.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR, training, teaching, or a related role.
Robust knowledge of HR functions and processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Positive interpersonal and classroom management skills.
