Requirements:-
Deep experience in WordPress website design and theme/plugin customization
Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g HTML/ CSS, PHP)
A transparent understanding of WordPress Actions and Filters
Extensive knowledge of web application security
Expertise in building performance-optimized applications
Ability to do security & performance audits of the application
Excellent research skills & innovative approach toward a solution
Good understanding of User Experience
Debugging knowledge for a wide range of browsers and devices
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Familiar with Conversion Rate Optimization – constantly auditing client sites to perform amendments for conversion optimization
