We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Receptionist/Cashier to manage front desk operations, patient interactions, and billing processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally
Handle patient registration and appointments
Answer phone calls and provide information
Generate bills and handle payments (cash, UPI)
Maintain daily cash records and billing reports
Assist with basic documentation and coordination
Coordinate with medical and administrative staff
Ensure proper record-keeping and data entry
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Tamil and basic English
Basic computer knowledge
Prior experience in hospital/reception/billing preferred
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
