Role & Responsibilities - Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals and healthcare professionals across the assigned territory to introduce and promote Vitamin Green nutraceutical products. - Identify and approach relevant doctors, particularly dieticians, gynaecologists, physicians, endocrinologists, diabetologists, orthopaedic doctors, nutritionists and other suitable specialists. - Explain Vitamin Green products clearly, including their ingredients, formulation, perks, intended use and key differentiators. - Communicate the brand philosophy and help doctors understand the formulation logic behind each product. - Build strong and long-term professional relationships with doctors and clinic staff. - Encourage doctors to recommend Vitamin Green products to suitable patients. - Generate product orders and develop doctors into regular recommending and repeat-order accounts. - Conduct regular follow-ups with doctors to maintain engagement and improve conversion. - Achieve monthly targets related to doctor visits, doctor onboarding, product recommendations, orders and revenue. - Maintain accurate records of doctor visits, follow-ups, samples, orders, feedback and conversion status. - Collect doctor feedback, objections, competitor information and market insights and communicate them to the management team.



- Identify new opportunities, territories and healthcare professionals who can contribute to the growth of Vitamin Green's doctor-led distribution network. Skills Required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Confidence in approaching and communicating with doctors. - Valuable presentation and product-detailing ability. - Ability to understand and explain nutraceutical ingredients and formulations. - Strong sales, persuasion and negotiation skills. - Excellent follow-up and relationship-management ability. - Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. - Ability to handle doctor objections professionally. - Valuable territory planning and field-management skills. - Ability to work independently and manage daily doctor visits efficiently. - Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and sales reporting. - Fluency in Hindi and good working proficiency in English. - Previous experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, healthcare or doctor-focused sales is preferred. - Existing relationships with doctors or experience handling a medical territory will be an added advantage.
