Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support tendering, documentation, quotations, MIS, vendor coordination, and day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, proficient in MS Office, and preferably experienced in Government Tendering / GeM processes.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage tender and bidding documents.
Monitor tender requirements, deadlines, and submission documentation.
Prepare quotations, commercial documents, and supporting paperwork.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for required information/documents.
Maintain accurate MIS, records, and tender databases.
Support GeM portal activities and online tender submissions.




Track tender status, outcomes, and follow-ups.
Handle routine office administration and coordination activities.
Ensure timely completion and proper filing of all documentation.

Valuable written and verbal communication -Solid attention to detail and follow-up skills

Preferred: Candidates with experience in medical equipment / healthcare tenders, government procurement, or institutional sales support will be preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
