Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications meet the intended requirements and function seamlessly. The position serves as the main liaison for project-related communications, overseeing the progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the development lifecycle. The role demands a proactive approach to managing tasks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently and effectively.

Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance and user experience.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster skilled growth and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Development.
Robust expertise in software design principles and application architecture.
Experience with various programming languages and development frameworks relevant to automation.
Ability to analyze complex systems and develop scalable automated solutions.
Familiarity with integration techniques and deployment automation.
Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing automated application workflows.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Automation in Application Development.
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
