About the Role

Kaarva Enterprise is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves speaking with potential customers, explaining our fragrance and perfume products, following up on leads, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products, features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.
Handle customer questions and provide professional assistance.
Follow up regularly with leads and convert them into orders.
Maintain customer and calling records.
Coordinate with the team for order processing and follow-ups.

Requirements




Good communication and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Sales-oriented mindset.
Freshers are welcome; sales experience is an advantage.
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
