Job Summary
We are urgently hiring 4 Telecallers – Loan Sales for our newly started Loan DSA business. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, be confident while speaking with customers, and have a target-oriented approach.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate loan leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Explain basic loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into applications.
Coordinate with customers for required documents.
Maintain accurate records of leads and customer follow-ups.
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales/operations team for smooth processing.
