Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the development and review of design specifications to ensure alignment with project goals.
Mentor junior engineers and support their skilled growth within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline design processes and improve overall efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Analog Circuits Design.
Solid knowledge of circuit simulation tools and methodologies.
Experience with signal integrity analysis and noise reduction techniques.
Familiarity with thermal performance evaluation and management in circuit design.
Ability to prototype and validate analog circuits through rigorous testing.
Understanding of integration challenges when combining analog circuits with digital systems.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Analog Circuits Design.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
