We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Design Associate to join our Interior Design team. This is an opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to develop their skills and gain practical exposure to residential and commercial interior projects.
This is a Designer-in-Training role. You will learn and develop skills in:
Design concepts and basic spatial planning
AutoCAD standards and drafting
Working drawings and construction documentation
Furniture detailing
Fabrication and execution drawings
Site measurements and documentation
Material understanding and selection
Vendor coordination and follow-ups
Client documentation and presentation support
Coordination with the Design, Project, and Site teams
Understanding design execution from concept to completion
or a related field
0–1 year of relevant experience
Solid interest in Interior Design and a willingness to learn
Good understanding of basic design principles
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office
Willingness to attend site visits and learn project execution
