Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. You will manage all costs relating to our building and civil engineering projects. Your goal is to minimize project expenses and maximize value for money while maintaining high standards and quality.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare cost analyses, estimates, and project budgets.
· Manage tender documents, bills of quantities, and contracts.
· Establish material costs and labour charges accurately.
· Assess commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
· Verify progress claims and approve subcontractor payments.
· Negotiate final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
Qualifications & Skills
· Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
· 5 to 10 years of hands-on commercial experience.
· Expertise in cost-estimation software and MS Excel.
· Robust negotiation and commercial awareness skills.
· Deep understanding of construction laws and regulations.
· Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
· Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per hour
