We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to support our sales team in the furniture and interior industry. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain products/services and assist in converting leads into sales.
Maintain customer databases, follow-up records and sales updates.
Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with the sales team.
Skills Required
Valuable communication in English, Hindi & Marathi.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
Good persuasion, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and target-oriented approach.
