Role and responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Configure and customize Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) module.
Develop workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and scripts within ServiceNow.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Implement vendor risk assessment workflows and compliance tracking.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of ServiceNow applications.
Maintain documentation for development, configuration, and processes.
Provide support for upgrades and platform enhancements.
