Job Summary:
The Production Engineer will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and improving production processes to achieve operational efficiency, cost control, and consistent product quality while maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet output targets
Monitor shop floor activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Optimize production processes to improve productivity and reduce waste
Ensure adherence to quality standards and production specifications
Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and resolve equipment issues
Work closely with quality and supply chain teams for seamless operations
Analyze production data and prepare MIS reports for performance tracking
Identify root causes of production issues and implement corrective actions
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials
Maintain compliance with safety, health, and operational guidelines
Skills Required:
