Accountant – Job Description
Track invoices, receivables, payables, and follow-ups.
Update Tagmango failed payments and reconcile Tagmango reports with bank.
Reconcile Graphy payments with Razorpay and bank.
Record and reconcile bank statements for all accounts.
Reconcile debtors, creditors, and all ledgers.
Prepare monthly P&L.;
Prepare and share GST reports.
Complete salary working and approval by the 2nd.
Download and record Facebook/Meta entries.
Download invoices and maintain the MakeMyTrip ledger.
Reconcile SM reports with Clinicia.
Check and sign off on daily staff work.
Follow up on tasks discussed in meetings and identify areas for improvement.
Record TDS for invoices and prepare/share TDS reports.
Handle administrative and accounting-related work.
Coordinate with the CA regarding Advance Tax and related requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
