We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to expand our business by developing and managing institutional and corporate sales. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the ice cream or dairy industry and should possess strong knowledge of B2B sales, distributor management, and key account handling.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire current B2B clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, supermarkets, distributors, and corporate customers.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.
Conduct market visits to identify new business prospects and monitor competitor activities.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with customers.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and collections.
Monitor customer feedback and resolve concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate customer records.
Participate in promotional activities, product launches,



and business development initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience in the Ice Cream or Dairy industry is mandatory.
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or institutional sales.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and market visits.
Valuable understanding of sales reporting and CRM tools.
Valid driving license is preferred.
