In depth knowledge on SAM tools like Flexera, ServiceNow SAM Pro
Experience in Leading a SAM Team and Drive Improvement, AI Automation prospects wherever required.
Understanding and knowledge Vendors licensing such as Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP,
Maintain software models, publishers, and product catalog
Valuable knowledge of various inventory/ discovery solutions, like ADDM, Bigfix, SCCM, ServiceNow etc.
Knowledge of Hardware Asset Management Processed, CMDB, Service Request Management process.
Depth knowledge on Publisher license metric.
Knowledge of Generating and reviewing software compliance position report.
Able to identify opportunities for software harvesting and optimization.
Valuable Presentation skills
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, Power Point.
Key Responsibilities





Roles and Responsibilities:
Day to Day SAM operation work
Work with Discovery / SCCM / Intune / other data sources for software inventory
Licensing Harvesting & Optimization etc.
Customize workflows, business rules, and reports for SAM processes
Troubleshoot integration and data ingestion issues
Plan for renewals, renewal recommendations.
Resource building and Resource planning
Training and Mentoring of the team.
Escalation handling.
