VB.NET as the primary language, but should be able to handle C#.NET with ease, along with any other languages

Experience with Desktop Applications and Background Services will be an advantage
MSSQL Server 2008
Exceptional troubleshooting skills
Valuable understanding of the development processes, source control, build and integration mechanisms
