We are looking for an effective and responsible Floor Coordinator to coordinate day-to-day activities on the assigned hospital floor and ensure smooth communication between patients, attendants, doctors, nurses, housekeeping and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the daily operations and activities of the assigned hospital floor.
Ensure smooth coordination between nursing, doctors, housekeeping, billing, pharmacy, laboratory and other departments.
Assist patients and attendants with their queries and guide them to the appropriate department.
Monitor patient movement, room/bed allocation and floor-related requirements.
Ensure timely communication of patient-related information to the concerned departments.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and overall environment of the assigned floor.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve floor-related issues.
Follow up on pending investigations, procedures, discharge formalities and other patient requirements.
Maintain proper floor-level records, registers and reports.
Monitor availability of essential supplies and report shortages to the concerned department.
Escalate patient complaints and operational issues to the appropriate authority.
Support doctors and nursing staff in maintaining smooth patient flow.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards and infection-control procedures.
Maintain skilled behaviour and patient confidentiality.
Prepare daily/periodic reports as required by management.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline; qualification preferred.
Prior experience in hospital operations, floor coordination or patient-care services preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
