We have an excellent chance for a Machine Shop Engineer in the Automotive / Auto Components Manufacturing Industry. Position: Machine Shop Engineer Location: Doraha / Ludhiana, Punjab Experience: 3–8 years in CNC/VMC machine shop operations Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Key Responsibilities: • Handle CNC, VMC and machining shop production activities • Machine setup, tooling, fixture and process optimization • Read engineering drawings and understand GD&T; • Monitor production, quality, cycle time and machine utilization • Troubleshoot machining and tooling-related issues • Reduce cycle time, rejection and setup time • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and NPD teams • Implement 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement activities • Manage manpower and achieve daily production targets Preferred Experience: Automotive / Auto Components / Forging / Engineering Manufacturing.
