We're seeking a energetic and dedicated Branch Head to lead our preschool. As a Branch Head, you will inspire a team of talented educators, collaborate with parents, and create a nurturing environment where children thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, engaging, and educational workplace.
Lead, mentor, and motivate teachers to deliver exceptional early childhood education.
Build strong relationships with parents and provide regular updates on children's progress.
Develop and implement curriculum that sparks creativity and curiosity.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education and management.
Solid leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive team culture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Relevant degree in early childhood education or related field.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
