We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer – Stator Division to manage and improve manufacturing processes related to stator production, with a focus on quality, productivity, process capability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, establish and improve manufacturing processes for stator production.
Analyze production problems and implement root-cause-based corrective actions.
Improve productivity, quality, cycle time and process efficiency.
Support production teams in resolving process-related issues.
Prepare and update SOPs, work instructions and process documentation.
Support current product development and process validation activities.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and R&D;/Engineering teams.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen,
5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor process parameters and ensure process capability.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
Candidate Requirements
BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
4–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / production / process engineering.
Experience in stator manufacturing or related electrical/mechanical component manufacturing will be preferred.
Positive knowledge of manufacturing processes and problem-solving techniques.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, 7 QC tools, etc. will be an advantage.
Robust analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
