Role Description

This is a full time in office role for a Retail Merchandiser, located in Chennai. The Retail Merchandiser will be responsible for analyzing sales trends, managing inventory levels, planning product displays, and ensuring thorough execution of brand standards in-store. Additional tasks include coordinating with suppliers, ensuring merchandising accuracy, and maintaining a strong focus on driving sales growth and meeting customer expectations. Collaboration with store teams to implement promotional activities will also be a key element of this role.

Qualifications
Proficiency in inventory management, product planning, and stock optimization
Excellent skills in merchandising, visual displays, and store layout design




Solid project coordination and supplier relationship management expertise
Understanding of market trends and experience in sales data analysis
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under deadlines, and solve problems effectively
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in retail operations, especially in fashion or lifestyle segments, is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
