Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department.
Supervise restaurant staff, stewards, and service team.
Ensure high standards of guest service, food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Have valuable knowledge of European cuisine and European food concepts, including menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and service styles.
Coordinate with the kitchen team regarding menu planning, food quality, portion control, and presentation.
Handle guest feedback, special requests, and complaints professionally.
Monitor daily sales, expenses, inventory, wastage, and F&B; costs.
Maintain proper stock levels of food, beverages, crockery, cutlery, and service equipment.
Train and guide staff on F&B; service standards and product knowledge.
Assist in developing new menus,



combo offers, promotions, and seasonal F&B; deals.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Coordinate with suppliers and assist with purchasing and vendor management.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly F&B; reports and analyze sales performance.
Maintain proper coordination between the restaurant, kitchen, service, and management teams.
Ensure smooth operations during peak hours, events, and special functions.

Pay: ₹18,589.78 - ₹24,889.78 per month
