Customer Support Executive (fresher—2 years )

Job Description

We are looking for customer support executives to join our team. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and interactions.
Respond to customer queries in a qualified manner.
Resolve customer concerns effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalations.
Follow company processes and customer service guidelines.

Eligibility
Freshers to 2 years of experience can apply.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.




Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to learn and work in a customer-focused setting.
Languages—Hindi and Telugu (Mandatory)

Salary

₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month
