Job Description:

The Room Service Associate is responsible for delivering food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and skilled manner while ensuring excellent guest service and satisfaction. The role also includes taking room service orders, setting up trays/trolleys, and maintaining hygiene and service standards.
Take guest room service orders accurately and politely.
Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly.
Set up trays and trolleys as per hotel standards.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and temperature are maintained during delivery.
Explicit used trays, dishes, and service items from guest rooms.
Coordinate with the kitchen and restaurant team for smooth operations.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the room service area.
Follow hotel service standards and safety procedures.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
