We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage and support our day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, tracking income and expenses, managing invoices and payments, and handling accounting-related documentation.
Knowledge and practical experience in Zoho Books is preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance
Maintain daily income and expense records.
Manage bookkeeping and financial data entry.
Create and manage invoices.
Track payments, receipts, and outstanding amounts.
Maintain student fee collection and payment records.
Coordinate with relevant teams regarding fee updates and payment information.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Assist in preparing financial reports and account summaries.
Reconcile payments and transactions.
Zoho Books
Manage and update accounting records using Zoho Books.
Create invoices and record expenses and payments.
Maintain customer and vendor details.
Generate basic financial and accounting reports.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial transactions.
Documentation & Operations Support
Maintain and organize financial documents, both digital and physical.
Ensure proper documentation and record management.
Assist with operational reports and data management.
Support administrative and office coordination when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 0–1 year in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related field.
Freshers with good knowledge of accounting and Zoho Books are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge or experience in Zoho Books is preferred.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage financial records responsibly and confidentially.
