ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Intern to support the People & Culture function at Moksha Media. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and internal processes in a fast-paced creative agency.

You’ll work closely with leadership and team managers, helping build robust hiring pipelines, streamline HR processes, and contribute to a positive employee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition & Hiring Support
Assist in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
Support job description creation and job postings
HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain employee records, trackers, and HR databases
Assist with onboarding and documentation processes
Support in drafting offer letters, internship letters, and HR communications
Employee Engagement & Culture
Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives
Help organize internal events, team activities, and feedback processes




Assist in improving workplace experience and internal communication
HR Process Support
Work on HR policies, SOPs, and internal documentation
Assist in performance tracking and review cycles
Support compliance and basic HR reporting

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
Basic understanding of HR functions is a plus
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and MS Office
Interest in working in a quick-paced, agency environment
