We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Membership Sales Adviser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting enquiries and walk-ins into gym memberships while providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle membership enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media and walk-ins.
Understand customer fitness goals and recommend suitable membership plans.
Conduct gym tours and explain facilities, services and membership perks.
Follow up with leads and convert them into memberships.
Achieve monthly sales and membership targets.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective members.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales.
Participate in promotional campaigns and membership drives.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in fitness, hospitality or retail.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Positive knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
Presentable, confident and customer-friendly.
Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
