Job Description

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, handle enquiries, and build solid client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and customer follow-ups.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service.
Resolve customer concerns and provide timely assistance.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Support sales and business development activities as required.





Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, telesales, client handling, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Robust organizational and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
