Sales Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication between team members.
-Customer Handling: Address customer inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Lead Conversion:Convert potential leads into actual sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
Lead Generation: Proactively generate recent leads through various channels to expand the customer base when required.
Data Management:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Excel and other software tools.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team.
