Plan, supervise and monitor day-to-day production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule and quality standards.
Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery and production processes.
Monitor fabrication, assembly and manufacturing of solar structures/components.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
Identify production delays, defects and process issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality and Project teams for smooth production.
Maintain production records, material consumption and daily production reports.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials and minimize wastage.




Implement safety procedures and maintain a protected working workplace.
Support continuous improvement, productivity enhancement and cost reduction.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of fabrication, welding, cutting, drilling and assembly processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand measurements.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
Robust team-handling, planning and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of solar mounting structures will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,639.92 - ₹43,453.30 per month
