Key Responsibilities:

● Understand customer needs, concerns and preferences and recommend relevant products

● Demonstrate products and explain their key benefits, usage and ingredients in a straightforward and compelling manner

● Drive daily and monthly sales targets for the store

● Maintain solid product knowledge across the brand's portfolio and stay updated on new launches and offers

● Encourage customers to try products through demonstrations, testers and sampling

● Cross-sell and upsell relevant products to increase basket size

● Ensure the brand's shelves and displays are clean, well-stocked and visually appealing

● Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the store/Head office team for replenishment

● Track customer feedback, frequently asked questions and competitor activity, and share relevant insights with the team

● Support in-store activations,



launches, sampling initiatives and promotional campaigns

● Build relationships with store staff and ensure the brand receives strong visibility within the store

● Maintain daily sales and activity reports as required

● Ensure adherence to store and brand guidelines

Qualifications:

● Prior experience as a Beauty Advisor, Beauty Consultant, Sales Executive, Promoter or Retail Associate is preferred.

● Experience in beauty, skincare, haircare, cosmetics or premium retail will be an advantage.

● Freshers with solid communication skills and a genuine interest in beauty may also be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,747.95 per month
