Novita Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is a growing pharmaceutical company based in Indore, focused on delivering affordable and quality healthcare solutions. Our ValueMeds (Generic Division) is expanding, and we are looking for a self-driven skilled to grow the business independently.

Key Responsibilities
Independently manage and grow generic pharma business in the assigned area
Directly handle doctors, chemists, and distributors/stockists
Generate new business opportunities and increase sales volume
Build and maintain strong relationships with key parties
Ensure product availability and regular order flow
Identify and appoint recent parties in the market
Track competitor activity and market trends
Achieve monthly sales targets




Submit regular updates and reports to management

Qualifications
Graduate (Science/Pharma background preferred)
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Generic Pharma Business Must
Proven experience in direct party handling and business generation
Solid local market knowledge

Salary & Advantages
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
Incentives based on performance
Travel allowance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
