Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, marketplace management, product listings, order management, sales optimization, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce websites and marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.
Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and customer issues.
Develop strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and overall revenue.
Manage marketplace promotions, offers, campaigns, and discounts.
Track sales performance, inventory, and marketplace metrics.
Coordinate with marketing, design, warehouse, and customer support teams.
Monitor competitors, pricing, trends, and market opportunities.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports.




Ensure smooth execution of new product launches and promotional activities.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra, Meesho, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of product listing optimization and marketplace SEO.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of sales, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant e-commerce experience preferred.
