We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanic with strong hands-on knowledge of construction equipment and machinery. The candidate should have experience in at least 2–3 large building projects and be capable of handling equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
Key Responsibilities
Handle maintenance, servicing and repair of construction equipment and machinery.
Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out timely troubleshooting and repairs.
Maintain equipment such as generators, compressors, concrete mixers, pumps, batching equipment and other construction machinery.
Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Inspect machinery regularly and ensure protected and effective operation.
Maintain records of equipment servicing, repairs, spare parts and maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with site engineers and operators regarding equipment requirements and breakdowns.
Ensure availability of essential spare parts, tools and lubricants.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend corrective actions when required.
Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety procedures and manufacturer recommendations.
Candidate Profile
Graduate qualification.
Experience in 2–3 large building projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction equipment and machinery.
Good troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
Experience in Healthcare, Residential, Commercial or Industrial projects preferred.
Ability to manage equipment maintenance independently and coordinate with site teams.
Robust focus on equipment reliability, safety and minimum downtime.
