Job Responsibilities
Handle international customer queries through chat and email.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers.
Maintain qualified written communication.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
Excellent written English communication skills are mandatory.
Valuable typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in an international non-voice process is preferred.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
