Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement for interior fit-out projects.
Source materials as per BOQ, drawings, specifications and project requirements.
Develop and manage vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements and negotiate rates.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) after required approvals.
Ensure timely delivery of materials at project sites.
Coordinate with Project, Site, Design, Stores, QS and Finance teams.
Monitor material quality, cost, delivery and vendor performance.
Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities.
Maintain purchase records, quotations, POs and vendor documentation.
Resolve procurement, quality and delivery-related issues.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of interior fit-out materials.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Valuable knowledge of BOQ, specifications and commercial terms.
Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement software.
