Industry: Stock Broking / Financial Services

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced B2B Business Manager who can build and expand our business through:
Authorised Persons (APs) / Sub-Brokers
Business Associates
Financial Distributors & Partners
HNI / Corporate relationships
Existing B2B networks and market connections

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Acquire and onboard new B2B partners
Develop strong relationships with APs, sub-brokers and business associates
Generate brokerage and recurring revenue
Increase partner activation and trading volumes
Identify new business opportunities and expand the partner network
Conduct partner meetings, presentations and business discussions
Drive Equity, F&O;, MTF and other financial products




Achieve monthly business and revenue targets
Maintain long-term, high-value partner relationships

THE CANDIDATE WE WANT
2–5+ years of relevant B2B experience in stock broking / BFSI
Solid network among APs, sub-brokers or financial partners
Proven track record in business acquisition and revenue generation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Solid market knowledge
Target-driven and highly self-motivated
Ability to independently develop and manage B2B business
