Responsible for Quality performance and customer experience of their territory
Daily tracking of AOM and OM performance
Follow up of Timely opening and closing of Station
Available Manpower check and creation of Alternative options for smooth operation
carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and procedure and sharing report everyhour
strategic Planning and forecasting and discipline employees, resolves problems, and reporting of staffing needs.
Monthly Visit of site and proper reporting to management and if any query to resolve same
To cross verify cash submission with CD slip and SCC remittance and if any discrepancy to highlight the same and get it close on priority
Checking Ageing packages , RTS pendency packages and get it cleared with respective stations on Daily basis
Working on ROI as per the management requirement
Checking an resolving query raised on IDFY portal

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
