Key Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate BBA courses in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, Investment Analysis, and related subjects.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and assessments.
Mentor students for academic and career development.
Participate in curriculum development and departmental activities.
Conduct research, publish scholarly work, and attend conferences/seminars.
Support admissions, accreditation, placement, and institutional initiatives.

Qualifications
MBA (Finance) with NET/Ph.D. preferred as per UGC/AICTE norms.




Robust subject knowledge and effective teaching skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Prior teaching experience in a higher education institution is preferred.
