Job Role: Inbound Telesales Executive

Location: Electronic City Phase II - Bengaluru.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls/enquiries and convert leads into sales
Explain resort membership plans, packages, and offers clearly to prospective customers
Build rapport with customers and understand their requirements
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of calls and conversions
Meet daily/monthly sales targets




Coordinate with the sales team and reporting manager for smooth closures

Candidate Requirements
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Working/average proficiency in Kannada
Freshers welcome; minimum 6 months of experience in tele-sales preferred
Positive communication and persuasion skills
Confident, target-driven, and customer-friendly attitude

Salary & Perks
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Direct Take-Home)
