Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Production / Assembly Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations. The candidate should have Experience in B2B Sales / Industrial Sales and Practical knowledge of BOM and MOM and be comfortable working in a production setting.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily production and assembly activities.
Experience in B2B Sales / Industrial Sales.
Experience in selling or handling industrial / engineering products.
Experience dealing with industrial customers, factories, OEMs, dealers, or distributors.
Willingness to travel for customer visits when required.
Read and understand BOM (Bill of Materials).
Follow MOM (Manufacturing/Method of Manufacturing) and work instructions.
Verify components and materials as per BOM.
Coordinate with production and assembly teams.
Maintain production and assembly records.
Support troubleshooting of basic production and assembly issues.
Coordinate with Stores, Quality, Purchase, and Production teams.
Ensure proper use of materials and components.
Follow quality and safety procedures.

Qualification
