Job Summary

We are seeking agile and highly motivated Real Estate Field Officers with proven experience in property sales. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to influence buying decisions while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Candidates must be confident in client interactions, site visits, visiting to broker office.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective buyers, investors, brokers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Confident, qualified, and customer-focused personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and conduct regular meetings with brokers, channel partners, property consultants, and clients.
Comfortable visiting broker offices, project sites, and partner locations to build and maintain business relationships.
Proven ability to develop and expand broker and channel partner networks to generate qualified leads and drive sales.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a field-based role.
Robust understanding of the local real estate market and industry dynamics.




Conduct property presentations and site visits with confidence and professionalism.
Convert inquiries into qualified prospects and drive sales closures.
Consistently follow up on leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Existing network of brokers, investors, or channel partners will be an advantage.
Own 2 or 4 wheeler

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
