Key Responsibilities

 Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of

consumables, ensuring timely replenishment to meet organizational needs.

 Procurement Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure

materials, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery.

 Stock Issuance: Manage the issuance of materials to various departments,

ensuring proper documentation and adherence to procedures.

 Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of stock movements, receipts, GRN

and issues using ERP / MIS systems and manual logs.

 Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with

specifications, reporting discrepancies as needed.

 Inventory Audits:



Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with

system records to ensure accuracy.

 Safety Compliance: Ensure that all materials are stored and handled in

compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies.

 Reporting: Prepare and submit regular on daily basis MIS reports on stock

levels, usage trends, and procurement activities to management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
