HR Executive – Recruitment

Role: Recruitment-focused HR Executive

Responsibilities
Continuously source candidates for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
Screen CVs, applications, and candidates regularly.
Conduct initial candidate calls and shortlist suitable people.
Coordinate interviews and follow up until the candidate joins.
Build and maintain multiple recruitment sources — job portals, agencies, referrals, social media, local networks, etc.
Identify and develop recent recruitment vendors/agencies whenever required.
Maintain a ready pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
Track recruitment activity and ensure vacancies are closed quickly.

Requirements
1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.




Must have hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates.
Experience hiring both blue-collar and white-collar staff is preferred.
Should already have some reliable recruitment sources/network.
Positive communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Proactive and comfortable with high-volume recruitment.

Successful Hiring — the ultimate goal is to consistently find, screen, and get the right people hired and have a pipeline of candidates, in backup for each and every person in the company

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
