Responsible for providing technical support to faculty and students, maintaining IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers and IT equipment.
Provide timely technical support to users.
Maintain IT assets and ensure system security.
Support day-to-day campus IT operations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science with positive troubleshooting and communication skills.
