NPrep is hiring Counsellors, who will be responsible for connecting with potential studnets, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into enrollments/sales through calls and follow-ups. This role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and a target-driven mindset.

What you’ll be doing:
Engage with prospective students/customers via calls and messages
Understand their requirements and recommend suitable offerings
Manage the end-to-end sales funnel from lead to conversion
Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience

Experience & Skills:
Fresh graduates from any discipline (0–1 year experience)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valuable listening skills and problem-solving attitude
Ability to work in a target-driven setting
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
