Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily chemical production, manpower & shifts.
Achieve production targets with required quality and timely delivery.
Ensure compliance with SOP, Safety, EHS & ISO standards.
Monitor raw materials, process, finished products & production records.
Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase & Dispatch.
Reduce downtime, wastage & production cost.
Train and guide production staff.
Ensure secure handling and storage of chemicals.
Improve productivity and production efficiency.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Chemical Engineering preferred.
Skills: Leadership, Problem Solving, Team Management & Chemical Manufacturing Knowledge.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
