About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Career Expert to guide students in their career development and help them transition successfully from learning to employment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and counselling skills, along with a good understanding of career opportunities and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
Provide career guidance and counselling to students based on their skills, interests, and career goals.
Conduct one-on-one career counselling and help students identify suitable career paths.
Assist students in preparing qualified resumes, portfolios, LinkedIn profiles, and other job-search materials.
Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to improve interview performance.
Guide students on job-search strategies, applications, and qualified networking.




Coordinate with the placement/recruitment team to identify suitable job prospects for students.
Maintain regular follow-ups with students regarding their job applications, interviews, and placement progress.
Organize career development sessions, workshops, and interview preparation programs.
Stay updated on industry trends, job market requirements, and relevant career opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and industry professionals when required.
Track and maintain accurate records of student career progress and placement activities.
Support students throughout the recruitment process and help them become job-ready.
